Nativity Scene Setup
About a dozen Knights (Brothers) helped set up the Nativity Scene at the Parish on November 25th.
We had a fun morning in the sun doing the work for all parishioners to enjoy! We should all be excited to welcome the birth of our Lord and Saviour!
Knight Of The Year
At the CWL/Knights Christmas Party on Dec 2nd, which was fantastic, Former District Deputy Daren Hancott and Larry Meuller presented brother YuiShun Chow with the Knight of the Year award for his selfless, dedicated, and very much appreciated years of service to our council.
Excellent work YuiShun and congratulations on this honour!
Prep Advent Wreath Making
The Advent wreath-making event for PREP was a resounding success, bringing together approximately 60 families
and around 85 kids on the evening of November 30. Kids and families had a delightful time creating their wreaths, and to enhance the festive spirit, everyone relished hot chocolate and delicious treats.
Advent Retreat
As the rays of sun shone through the windows of our Parish centre you could feel the Holy Spirit move within us.Â
Thank You to our morning speakers Megan & Miguel Andres who reminded us it's okay to let go of anything that doesn't bring us a full and intimate relationship with God.
Our hour in adoration in the church was beautiful and the worship band led us in praise to our Lord.
We ended with a video tour of a pilgrimage to the Holy Land ~ Adventus! Praise God for a beautiful Advent Retreat!
