(Cor Adu(Heart in Latin) is a program created by the Knights of Columbus to help their members and all men to grow in their faith. There is a threefold focus within Cor: Formation, Prayer and Fellowship. Cor meets for an hour once a month and one aspect of the focus is highlighted each meeting. One does not have to be Knight to participate as the program is for all men in the parish.)
