“Waiting Well” - Advent with Fr. Mike Schmitz

Come journey with us this Advent season through worship, reflection, prayer, and faith sharing as we learn to “Wait Well” — preparing our hearts for the joyful birth of our Lord and Savior.

Advent for Adults on FORMED

How to ADVENT:

In How to Advent, we will discover the rich traditions that mark this season and how they aid us in preparing our hearts for the birth of the child Jesus at Christmas - like the Advent Wreath and the Jesse Tree.

Let the Holy Family be your light through Advent as you receive the healing power of Christ. In this beautiful guided video series, Sr. Miriam James Heidland, SOLT—author of the bestselling book Restore and co-host of the Abiding Together Podcast — walks with you as you explore familial wounds with the help of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. Each week of Behold will focus on a different theme that you can connect to your life in a practical way.

BROTHER FRANCIS: The Days of Advent

Brother Francis leads us on a daily journey in this special seasonal celebration of the coming of the Lord! Featuring meditations, prayers, and suggested activities to keep our focus on Christ this Christmas.

Queen of All Saints - Open for Kindergarten Applications

QAS is accepting applications for Kindergarten for the 2026-27 school year. The application form can be found on the QAS website (link here: QAS Admissions). Applicants can email the form or drop it off at the school office. 

QAS Information Night and Open House for New Families

Tuesday | January 13 | 7:00PM | School Library

Wednesday | January 14 | 1:15-2:15PM

QAS will be hosting an "Information Night" for new families that are interested in Queen of All Saints School on Tuesday. January 13 at 7pm in the school library, and an open house on Tuesday, January 14 from 1:15pm - 2:15pm.

Boxes of Love

CityReach Care Society, a partner of our Parish Community Outreach, is asking for help with their Christmas "Boxes of Love" program. 

“Boxes of Love” is CityReach's annual Christmas event where we provide toys, food support, and a memorable day for deserving children and their families in Port Coquitlam on December 20th. If you have any families in need that you'd like to refer to receive a Christmas hamper let me know as registration is starting.  We are seeking sponsors for the event - attached is our 2025 sponsorship package.  We are also seeking volunteers for the day of, registration link  .​​https://www.cityreach.org/form/boxesoflove-volunteer

Funeral Mass and Interment of Mike Mattrick

Mike Mattrick (son of long-time parishioner Al Mattrick, and brother of former chamber choir, Jennifer Boyer) passed away on November 17. The Funeral Mass will be next Tuesday, December 2 at 11:00 am. There is a reception after in the Parish Centre. Interment will be at the Garden of Gethsemani on Friday, December 5, at 2:00 pm. 

St. Vincent de Paul’s Christmas Hampers 

St. Vincent de Paul is accepting names for those people wishing a Christmas hamper. Please phone our Helpline at 604-518-7200 and leave your name and phone number before December 12, 2025.

Advent Novena Masses : Simbang Gabi 2025

December 20 to 23 | Our Lady of Lourdes

All Saints Parish and Our Lady of Lourdes invite you to nine Advent Masses to help up prepare for the coming of our Lord. Confession and a simple reception will follow.
