This year's Upper Room Conference will explore the theme that our life is a mission field, and that by virtue of our baptism, we are already sent on mission.
Through powerful keynote sessions from Chris Stefanick, Megan Andres, and a conversation between Archbishop Smith and Eric Chow, as well as breakout sessions to equip you for your specific mission, Upper Room invites you to receive, be inspired, and renewed in where the Lord is calling you. Ordination of Jerome Robles to the Diaconate - Oct. 16
With praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God, the Archdiocese of Vancouver joyfully announces the Ordination of Jerome Robles to the Diaconate.
The ordination will take place through the laying on of hands and the invocation of the Holy Spirit by Archbishop Richard W. Smith. It will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Cathedral. The faithful are warmly invited to attend and join in prayer for Jerome as he prepares to serve the Church as a deacon.
Archbishop's Dinner - Nov. 5
The faithful of the Archdiocese of Vancouver are invited to attend the 15th annual Archbishop's Dinner on Thursday, November 5. This year's Dinner will raise funds for local Catholic initiatives that promote mental wellness, strengthen our parishes, and support those who serve on the front lines of care. St. Nicholas Parish Artisan & Craft Fair - Vendors Wanted
We are calling on Crafters and Artisans! If you have a special artisan food or product to market for the Christmas season, have we got an opportunity for you! St. Nicholas will be offering its own artisanal and craft fair on Saturday November 7, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Table rentals are $65, $55 for registered parishioners, $40 for those 19 years of age and under.
