New Mass Restrictions

As you have heard, Dr.Bonnie Henry has imposed new restrictions on worship services: 50% attendance or %100 if all attendees are double-vaccinated.

At All Saints Parish, we will not be checking vaccine passports for the next three weekends. This means we will be able to have 300 attendees at each mass from December 3 - 23.

Since the Sunday morning masses are usually the busiest, please consider attending the Saturday 5 pm Mass or Sunday 7 pm Mass on the weekends of December 4-5, 11-12 and 18-19.

There will be counters at the door to ensure we do not exceed the 300 person limit.

Worship restrictions are annoying but Jesus is still loving us (and we will not be defeated).

Christmas Mass times

Here is our Mass schedule for the Christmas season! Space will be limited because of provincial health restrictions, so make sure to come early!

Dec 24th, 5:00 pm

7:00pm

Dec 25th, 12:00 am (Midnight Mass),

9:00 am

11:00 am

Confession times

In preparation for Christmas, the Church encourages the Faithful to seek out the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Our normal confession time is on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am -11:30 am. During the Christmas season, there will be an additional confession time on Saturdays from 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm.

We will also have our annual Penitential Service on Dec 14th at 7 pm. There will be no evening Mass that day!

You can check out Confession times around the Archdiocese by going to rcav.org/christmas

Whether you have not been to Confession for years, or you come regularly, we hope to see you there!

Youth Christmas party

ASPYM is having their Christmas Party on Dec 19th from 4:30 pm- 6:30 pm! Join us for Mario Kart, Christmas movies, board games, hide and seek, gingerbread house decorating, and dinner!

We’re also going to be Ironing Youth Ministry patches onto items of clothing! So bring a shirt, hoodie, mask or hat that you would like to have our Youth Ministry Patch ironed on!

Grades 6-12 are welcome to come!

Young Adults Christmas Party

Aaaaaannnd we’re back for one more event to end off the year with some good food, friends, fellowship and games!

Join us next Friday, December 17 from 7-9 PM for our Christmas Party, Potluck edition

We will provide pop and some snacks, and everyone is invited to bring some dinner food to share (as well as BYO drinks if you’d like)

This is so we can keep track of what everyone will be bringing!

**Masks will be required for hanging around indoors, but we will not be checking for vaccine passports this time around.

We hope to see y’all there

Simbang Gabi

All Saints Parish is organizing Simbang Gabi again this year after we missed last year on account of the pandemic. Simbang Gabi is being coordinated by Arnel/Vivian Balmeo and will run at 7:00 pm, on December 15 to 23, except for the 18th when it would be held at 5:00 pm. Simbang Gabi is the novena of nine masses celebrated before Christmas to honor the annunciation or expectation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is now recognized as a gift the Filipino community has shared in our local church.

In All Saints Parish, the Masses are further connected with the parish’s spiritual formation programs through thematic preaching for each celebration. Come join and be blessed with the Eucharist, followed by fellowship, food and lots of fun!
