November 1st Pastor's Message
Dear Friends,
HAPPY ALL SAINTS DAY!
My friends, today we honour the saints but, more importantly, we give thanks for the wonderful parish to which we belong.
All Saints Day is our parish feast day and so we rejoice in our parish community thriving under the patronage of those saints who are not included in the official liturgical calendar.
At All Saints we have so many things to be thankful for:
Lively and enjoyable Sunday worship
Good friends who share our Christian faith
An excellent school community
Many opportunities for growing in faith
A convenient location with lots of parking
Ours is a high-quality parish that attracts a constant flow of newcomers. In the last two years alone attendance at Sunday mass has increased by 25%, because Catholics know a good parish when they see one.
On our feast day let us thank God for gathering us together as one family of faith. Whether we come from the Philippines, Nigeria, Korea or Canada, we belong to God and to each other.
All Saints Parish, what a great place to belong! I am deeply grateful that you have welcomed me into your hearts and pray that you too will be fortified by the friendships you make at All Saints. Here, we all belong.
