Searching in the Spirit
Searching in the Spirit is a 5-day, overnight retreat for newly confirmed grade 7 youth (youth born in 2009 and entering Grade 8 in September 2022).
Searching in the Spirit provides youth (and their adult leaders accompanying them) with formation in discipleship and challenges the participants to live out their faith in everyday, real-life situations. By combining practical skills, a faith perspective and spiritual development, the participants learn and grow in their faith through activities, presentations, games, skits, reflection, sharing and the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment.
Integral parts of this formation experience include: prayer, community-building, and outdoor recreation activities.
Most of all, it inspires the newly-Confirmed to continue on in their faith journey as they enter high school.

Homecoming
Homecoming is a special 4-day, overnight retreat for youth born in 2007 & 2008 (those youth entering Grade 9 /10 in September 2022)
Homecoming provides youth an opportunity to build community with their peers. By combining practical skills, a faith perspective and spiritual development, the participants learn and grow in their faith through activities, presentations, games, skits, reflection, sharing and the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment. We will explore the question of: “Who am I as a child of God, and what is my call to holiness in my family, with my friends, in my parish community and at large?”
Integral parts of this formation experience include: prayer, community-building, small group discussions and outdoor recreation activities.
Most of all, it inspires the youth to continue on in their faith journey in relationship to Jesus Christ and others.
